Louis Vuitton Purchasing Limitations 2023

Louis Vuitton has set purchasing limitations across the board for their bags and leather goods. With some having been ‘Banned’ already from shopping at the LV boutiques for violating their terms of sale, customers of the luxury brand are starting to see the shift to getting their loved Louis Vuitton pieces at the boutique.

Louis Vuitton has addressed this in a statement on their website which reads as such,

“To ensure better service and better availability of our products, Louis Vuitton limits the quantity of products that can be purchased as follows : no more than 3 leather goods (including small leather goods) per transaction, with no more than 2 identical products per such transaction.”

Now, Hermes and Chanel have placed these limitations on their online boutiques and in their brick and mortar boutiques by only letting customers purchase 2 quota bags for the entire year and 2 bag charms each year plus many more limitations we do not even know about yet.
