As we were ready to have a shopping day in Beverly Hills on the infamous Rodeo Drive, we decided to call ahead to our SA about getting an appointment. I found out from my sales associate that Chanel Rodeo Drive is by appointment only right now and you either have to schedule an appointment with your SA or make a reservation with a sales specialist on Chanel.com.

YES - you have to go on to Chanel.com to get into the store now. Without having a connection into the store, you need to wait online and get an available appointment.

The same is going along with the other CHANEL location in Los Angeles on Robertson BLVD. This might be the new regular as COVID and shoplifting has become detrimental to luxury retail stores and boutique.
