I know I know what you are all thinking. How can something so classic become boring?? Well, I believe Chanel needs to revamp itself. Ever since Uncle Karl passed, we have seen a decline in the brand as far as its accessories and its imagination. I feel the Chanel brand has kept spitting out the same tweed looks that they have had in their vault for decades. I have not seen a collection where my jaw has dropped and the setting of the show was magnificent as when Karl Lagerfeld was in charge.

As the prices of the Chanel products are now at the same level as luxury brand Hermes, Chanel really needs to let customers know that they are a force to be reckon with. I feel Chanel is still living on the heels of Uncle Karl and has not found a way to move itself forward. Each new collection I view, I would see around 10 new pieces rather is be from accessories to Ready to Wear clothing - now I am lucky if I see one piece out of the collection that I would want to add into my person collection.

The accessories - besides the heart shaped bag which was over done with Louis Vuitton - has been the only amazing seller in that department. I have not seen any special bags that I cannot live without or die trying to get. I am also at the point where I second guess if I should even go into the Chanel boutique?? I hope they do get a revamp, put their runway shows back on - stop with the videos of Kirsten Stewart - its been done over and over - and move on with something new and chic!
