Chanel ‘Welcomes’ You Back into their Boutiques
As more and more luxury boutiques begin to re-open amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we received an email today welcoming us back into all Chanel boutiques across North America.
If you read our post from about a week ago, we were able to go into the Chanel Boutique in Toronto and was able to view the latest CC collection without an appointment needed. Unlike other luxury retailers such as Louis Vuitton and Hermes, which are making clients have scheduled appointments with Sales Associates in order to shop their luxury collections, Chanel does not have that as their social distancing guidelines. Chanel will have a small maximum amount of clients who will be allowed in the boutique at one given time. When that maximum number is hit inside the boutique, a line will be formed outside until a client inside the CC boutique leaves. Expect a line outside moving forward. I would suggest calling the boutique and seeing if you can make an appointment is possible so you are not waiting.
I personally like the appointment method now as you have personalized service with no one crowding you. I can shop privately and I LOVE IT!
