NEW Hermes So Black Faubourg Birkin
We knew it was coming! Another SO BLACK Hermes Birkin was on its way however we had no idea it would be in the form of the VERY Limited Edition Faubourg Midnight Birkin bag! These are SUPER collectible and have been reaching in the six figures on the resale market. This specific bag will definitely be in the six figures for resale as it has a touch of exotic skin plus the special black hardware - however Hermes retail would be around $80k USD - exact numbers have not been seen yet.
We have not seen this Black Hardware from the Hermes brand on Hermes Birkins in over 10 years (saw a sneak peak on the So Black Picotin) and it was due to the black chipping off the hardware having Hermes pulling the bags immediately. Apparently, Hermes has refined this metal and we are very interested to see what other bags they are going to be releasing with the So Black hardware?
