Hermes Temporarily Closes ALL USA Stores Amid COVID-19
Hermes has decided to temporarily close all of it’s United States stores because of the COVID-19 global virus pandemic. I did already hear that Hermes employees were not allowed to leave the country until further notice and they might be having different hours in place at the boutique however we did not see a full closure across the country coming.
We have not yet heard about when they will re-open, however we do know their main US hub is in NYC so until New York City is back and moving, I do not believe the rest of the stores in the US will be. I did hear on a reputable blog that you can possibly request a special one on one appointment with your SA.
With these country wide closures, we are sad however glad that Hermes has taken the necessary precautions in the health and well being of it’s employees and clients.
I am curious now to if the Canadian boutiques will follow suit or will France be next? Will Hermes be shutting down their stores in Spain? or Globally? And if so, for how long?
