Hermes Discontinues Rain Coats for Birkins & Kelly Bags

Yes, it is true. This is not a joke or an alarm. Hermes has discontinued the infamous plastic raincoats that use to come with your Hermes Birkin and Kelly bags. As the Hermes company is looking to go green and reduce its carbon footprint, this is one of the first pieces to be taken away since it is made out of plastic.

I would of liked Hermes to replace the raincoat from a plastic piece to another sustainable replacement instead of not producing any raincoat at all for these precious bags. I really hope Hermes is able to design something for these special bags that can be sold at the boutique anytime for B & K owners.

Even fames Hermes collector, Jamie Chua has recently said that her new B25 Croc Birkin did not come withy any raincoat! I know. We are dead too.
