Is it Cheaper to Buy Chanel from Dubai than USA?

Traveling and want to get a new Chanel bag in the UAE? Well, Dubai is a part of the UAE and doesn't have any special tax system or tax-free zone. The price for Chanel handbags in Dubai would be the same as in the rest of the country. And yes, it's still cheaper than in the States! I do have to say the UAE gets in some pretty amazing pieces though to their boutique that are rarely seen in other boutiques!
